About these terms

These product-specific Terms of Use and Purchase ("Terms") apply to The 60-Day Jumpstart, sold by Think Digital LLC, operating as Laptop Money ("we," "our," or "us"), on jumpstart.laptopmoney.co and through our Payhip product listing.

Please read these Terms before ordering. They supplement our general Laptop Money Terms. For an inconsistency specifically about this product, these product-specific Terms describe the offer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Exactly what is included

The 60-Day Jumpstart is a one-time digital download designed to help customers organize their own review and dispute of potentially inaccurate consumer-report information.

• A 60-day action workbook with worksheets and checklists.
• A plain-language field guide about credit reporting and next steps.
• Eight ready-to-fill letter templates provided in an editable format.
• A dispute tracker for dates, responses, documents, and follow-up tasks.
• A Start Here guide explaining how the files fit together.

Content and file formats are described in the product listing at the time of purchase. The product does not include a physical book, custom dispute preparation, credit monitoring, legal representation, lender introductions, or ongoing one-on-one advice.

Educational use and important limitations

These materials are intended as general educational self-help resources. We do not review your credit reports, represent you before a credit bureau, submit disputes on your behalf, or provide individualized legal or financial advice.

No result is guaranteed: purchasing or completing the toolkit does not guarantee a correction, deletion, change in credit score, approval for credit, or resolution within 60 days. The 60-day timeline is an organizational plan, not an investigation deadline or outcome promise. Accurate negative information generally cannot be removed merely because it is unfavorable.

You can obtain eligible credit reports and dispute inaccurate information yourself without purchasing our materials. See AnnualCreditReport.com and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's dispute guidance.

Important legal point: whether an activity is regulated as credit-repair services depends on the facts and applicable law, not solely on the words "DIY" or "educational." Nothing in these Terms excludes, waives, or reduces any disclosure, contract, cancellation, payment-timing, or other consumer rights that apply under federal or state law.

Your responsibility when using the toolkit

You decide whether a report contains an error, what information you provide, which templates you adapt, and whether to contact any credit bureau, information furnisher, debt collector, or other organization.

• Use accurate information and provide supporting documentation where appropriate.
• Do not knowingly make false identity-theft reports, dispute information you know is accurate as though it were incorrect, or impersonate another person.
• Check relevant deadlines, delivery addresses, and dispute procedures; they may change or vary by situation.
• Keep copies of submissions and responses in your own secure location.
• Consult a qualified professional when you need advice about your individual rights, debts, lawsuits, or credit situation.

Price, payment, and delivery

The advertised bundle price is currently $37 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring product fee. The final amount, any required taxes, and any optional add-ons or discounts will be shown by the checkout provider before payment.

Payments and digital file delivery are handled by Payhip and its payment processors. After successful payment, the buyer ordinarily receives a receipt and access or download instructions at the checkout email address. No physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address and using compatible software to open ZIP, PDF, document, or spreadsheet files. Contact hello@laptopmoney.co if a purchased file cannot be accessed. We do not guarantee permanent third-party hosting or compatibility with every device or application.

30-day refund policy

If the toolkit is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. No explanation, completed exercises, or proof of a credit outcome is required.

• Email hello@laptopmoney.co with the email address used for the purchase and your Payhip order number or receipt.
• An eligible refund covers the amount paid for this bundle. Refunds are processed to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider.
• After a refund, stop using and delete our purchased materials. This does not require deletion of independently created documents or records you have a legal right to retain.

Requests after 30 days may still qualify for a remedy where applicable law requires it or where files were not delivered as described. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or other statutory rights.

Personal-use license

When you purchase the toolkit, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, adapt, and use the materials for your own personal, lawful purposes.

You may fill in and modify letter templates to communicate about your own affairs. You may not resell or redistribute the original files, sell modified templates as a competing product, publicly upload the bundle, or share the download link without written permission. Intellectual-property rights in the original toolkit remain with their respective owners.

Sensitive information and privacy

Do not send us credit reports, Social Security numbers, photo identification, banking credentials, account passwords, or completed dispute letters. We do not require these materials to sell or deliver the toolkit or to handle an ordinary refund request.

If you use cloud storage or third-party editing software with the purchased files, those providers handle information under their own policies. Details about checkout data, website activity, cookies, support, advertising measurement, and privacy choices appear in our Jumpstart Privacy Policy.

Independent organizations and references

The product may mention Payhip, credit reporting companies, creditors, government agencies, AnnualCreditReport.com, Google, Microsoft, and other services. They operate independently and may change their rules, technology, prices, or processes.

References are for information, not an endorsement, partnership, or claim of affiliation. We are not affiliated with the major credit bureaus or any government agency.

Responsibility, applicable law, and changes

We are responsible for delivering purchased materials substantially as described and honoring applicable consumer-protection obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we do not assume responsibility for third-party decisions or outcomes outside our control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including any mandatory protections available to the customer. Where legally appropriate, Arkansas law may govern, without limiting non-waivable rights under another jurisdiction's laws.

We may update these Terms for future purchases and will update the date shown above. The version applicable to a completed purchase will not be retroactively changed to remove an existing right unless permitted by law or expressly agreed.
